well according to wikipedia it is known as Dysmenorrhea (the name itself sounds painful ugh)..so i was saying according to this website Dysmenorrhea, also known as painful periods, or menstrual cramps, is pain during menstruation.[1][2] Its usual onset occurs around the time that menstruation begins.[1]Symptoms typically last less than three days.[1]The pain is usually in the pelvis or lower abdomen.[1] Other symptoms may include back pain, diarrhea, or nausea.[1]



SO THE ONE MILLION QUESTION IS WHY THIS HAPPEN AND HOW TO STOP IT .. SO BASICALLY YOU CANT STOP IT BUT YES YOU CAN MINIMIZE AND REDUCE THE PAIN ..
BUT SOME LUCKY PEOPLE DON'T GET THESE AND WELL THEY ARE JUST LUCKY OR SOME PEOPLE GET JUST A LITTLE AND NOT TO MUCH 

Causes

During your menstrual period, your uterus contracts to help expel its lining. Hormonelike substances (prostaglandins) involved in pain and inflammation trigger the uterine muscle contractions. Higher levels of prostaglandins are associated with more-severe menstrual cramps.

  • Adenomyosis. The tissue that lines your uterus begins to grow into the muscular walls of the uterus.
  • Pelvic inflammatory disease. This infection of the female reproductive organs is usually caused by sexually transmitted bacteria.
  • Cervical stenosis. In some women, the opening of the cervix is small enough to i

    mpede menstrual flow, causing a painful increase of pressure within the uterus.

YES TO AVOID THIS YOU HAVE TO CUT COFFEE OT TEA FOR FEW DAYS BEFORE THE CYCLE WELL I KNOW ITS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE AS I ALSO AM A FAN OF COFFEE AND TEA AND CANT LIVE WITHOUT IT BUT YOU KNOW  WHO WANTS TO BE IN THROBBING PAIN ..AND EVEN WHEN YOU ARE ON PERIODS YOU SHOULD AVOID IT FOR 3 TO FOR DAYS 
2_USE VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS:
